Rogueish

Game of Thrones is basically medieval Gossip Girl - horrible people engaged in ridiculous petty scheming for our entertainment. Once I realized this I started to take the idea a bit too seriously, so I’ve been spending today thinking about potential character analogies. Blair/Cersei seems like an obvious one, which I guess would lead to Jaime as Chuck, which also works, as they’re both suave motherfuckers. Maybe Daenerys is Serena (a rival queen to Cersei/Blair)? That could lead to Karl Drogo/Dan, which doesn’t really work, or Drogo/Nate, which I guess might? Nate probably plays polo, which is a bit like being a horse warlord. Dan could be Jon Snow (Brooklyn/the Wall, pretty similar), which suggests Rufus/Ned, which I find quite funny, and Sansa/Little J, which also works. But who is Tyrion? He could also be Chuck, with the whoring and the daddy issues; or Georgina would work, as they are both characters whose main joy in life is pissing everyone else off. And who is Joffrey? I’m not sure Gossip Girl has a character that gratuitously unpleasant.
